COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Power Electronics 102P1129F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rockwell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the IMSuperSZ0A300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20F11ND052AA0NNNNNA manufactured by Rockwell and we are pleased to be able to service most Rockwell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6V41096TA by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockwell Brand 20BC105A0AYNANC0B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rotork such as RCIO260SR070HT3 equipment made by Rotork have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rotork products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rotork" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20BD022A0AYNANB0 made by Rockwell as well as the popular HECGV3P1B original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2SR21200 by Reliance and RCIO260SR070HT3 spares by Rotork are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7FN3042 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
